4 star WR Mike Harley (St. Thomas Aquinas HS, Ft. Lauderdale, FL) has gone on record to say that he plans on making a commitment this spring. Utah is recruiting him hard, and he has current/former teammates that are either signed with or already playing for the Utes. We talked to him a few weeks back, and he told us that he's very interested in what the Utes have to offer.
