Cooper (Lubbock, TX) ATH Josh Moore is claiming an offer from Utah shortly after visiting campus unofficially.
He's currently a two star ranked prospect with a handful of offers from smaller programs. When you watch this kid on film, he's absolutely electric. He led Prattville (Alabama) to a state championship last year before moving to Texas a couple of months ago. He's probably going to be a WR at the next level. It's always a troubling sign when a QB's highlight film rarely shows him throw. That said, this kid can run and he's someone to keep an eye on.
