Interesting article by Canzano about the Rising controversy

He seems pretty upset that Whit didn't let FS1 know they were starting Barnes. As for myself FOX can go pound sand. I am still bitter about that truck racing fiasco all those years ago. And the whole broadcast last night looked more like wednesday night MACtion than the Big noon kickoff.

A quick personal note…

I’ll post some articles and info when I can over the next couple days, but I lost a cousin unexpectedly today, so I’m helping my grandparents.

My cousin was a good person with a big heart. He struggled for years, got clean, and then dedicated himself to community service and helping others with the same issues he went through. He got sick recently and we couldn’t save him this morning.

I’ve constantly told him how proud of him I’ve been, and this hurts today. We all have people like that in our lives, make sure they know they’re loved and you’re proud of them. He ended up making a difference. ❤️

INSTANT REACTION: They held on…

Oh man… I knew of Bernard LIKELY being out, but he played and ineffective ly. Rising was a different story. That was a closely held secret. First off, it was NOT a disciplinary move. He was a game time decision…

-The defense won this game. Barnes got his first win in his first start, BUT it’s not an exaggeration to say he had a lot of help.

-Everyone hold your breathe on the Kincaid injury, NOT good.

-Utah had key turnovers that won this game.

-With the kicking game, I join Ute fans in saying, I never want to see a damn field goal from Redding or Noyes the rest of the season.

-If Rising isn’t back in 2023, this game didn’t do enough to cement Barnes as the heir apparent. That being said, a win is a win.

-This game was ugly, but they won…

Let’s hear everyone’s initial thoughts…
