O-line play doesn't change overnight. Unless we have some guys coming back from injuries, this could be a long year.

I don't know how bad the injury situation is. Maybe we have some guys coming back but O-line's don't fix themselves in a week unless better players are available to start.

I'd be curious to hear some detail from the Mods or other posters who may have good information on whether some injured guys are coming back soon or whether we're going to see the guys we've got slowly get better but give up a ton of sacks or hurries while we wait for progress. Supposedly we had at least 8 solid O-linemen in the pre-season but right now we're seeing no evidence of that.

Lest I just pick on the OL, the DL also seemed to yield 4-5 yards after contact to Allgeier. The lines (OL and DL) seem to be our biggest deficiencies. Are the cavalry just around the corner? If so, they need to get here fast.
