Which program recovers the fastest?

This question might be better at the end of Dec. after Coaches are fired or hired. After early signing period and the Dec transfer window but which program rebounds first?

Arizona
Oklahoma St or
Utah???

All three were preseason top 5 in the big12 and finished at or near the bottom.
