We’ve expected Xavier Carlton to be a Ute for a while now, and Washington started to make a late push, but Lars Hanson from our Washington Rivals site has told me that Washington cancelled his anticipated visit because they received word that one of their defensive linemen is coming back instead of going to the NFL. Regardless of Washington backing off or not, that’s a positive late development for the Utes.
