I recently spoke to Mater Dei HS defensive back Jeilani Davis, a teammate of recent Utah signee, Mikey Matthews.
Schools currently showing the most interest are Utah, USC and Oregon; Boston College just recently entered the picture.
He says he tries to emulate his playing style after Sean Taylor and being able to go from pylon to pylon making big tackles.
As far as his visit to Utah, he said that he loved everything about the program, location, people and being one of the top 5 business schools. He plans on majoring in business, so that will be a big part of his decision.
