Utah extended an offer to Huntsville (Texas) high school WR Jay Griffin. Griffin attended the camp in Houston last week, and I was told that he really impressed. The Utes have also offered his teammate CB Corey Hightower. Griffin is the second player from the camp to earn an offer. There will likely be two to three more.
