Mike Harley, a big-time playmaker has decommitted from West Virginia. He tripped Utah at the start of the year when he was already committed and at one point sources told me that if it wasn't WVU, it would be Utah. That being said, he recently raved about his Miami trip. We'll see how this one unfolds. It sounds like he won't talk to any media until signing day.
