Over in Zoobville they are still talking about the concept of the top teams splitting from conferences and signing their own media deals, etc. It's not likely to happen as they envision dream but the question was raised as the the top 40-ish programs.
It got me thinking, where does Utah fall in that hierarchy? Are they top 40, top 60 (certainly)... but looking at the program as a whole where do you think Utah falls?
