It seems that Whit is always talking about the great senior leadership on the teams that have success. Last year he talked about Paul, Norris, and Scott being great leaders on the team. We ended up with the best record since entering the PAC12. With spring behind the team, I wanted to see if the mods (or anyone else with access to the team) could give us some insight on this year's leadership. If you could compare and contrast to last year (or other years where we've been successful). I'm not sure if you get enough time around them to get a sense, but if you do I'd like to hear about that a little bit. I haven't seen it written anywhere else, so thought I'd throw it out there to ask.
