First off, Jason Shelley just left from his unofficial visit and all signs are positive. He'll still be taking his trip to Southern Miss because it's already paid for, but the Utes are in a very good position. One interesting thing: the Shelley's were well aware of Huntley and his credentials, but it's not a deterrent to Jason, at all.
Now for the interesting thing I've learned… Utah is not exactly out of the Jack Sears race. I've been told by sources close to the program that Sears is still in contact with Utah coaches. It's actually even more encouraging than that, he's the one that has initiated a lot of the contact over the last few days. I'm not saying Utah is sitting pretty, I'm just saying that it is extremely premature to say Utah is out of it.
