Alex caught up with a huge (literally and figuratively) local prospect this week: Branden Carlson. A Bingham product, he has mostly played behind Yoeli Childs, but has burst onto the scene this summer. Carlson is officially visiting Utah this week, and will visit UCLA, Stanford, and BYU as well before making his final decision. The Utes staff have put themselves in a good spot with Branden, and he was almost brought to tears when Coach K offered him earlier this year.
