I'll start. Breaking Bad is the best TV series in the history of television. I have heard similar things about The Wire, but I keep getting bogged down.
I am stuck halfway through Season 3 of The Wire. Seasons 1 was good fun. Season 2 was slow. Season 3 has been tough to keep motivated to watch. For those who love it, does it pick up in Season 4 and 5?
Breaking Bad had slow episodes, but each season was paced marvelously. The final season is the best thing I have ever watched. The tension built with every episode. I have rewatched the whole series beginning to end a couple of times, but Season 5 still makes my pulse race.
