Cal apparently just signed a 10 year deal with UA beginning in 2017.
Utah was the lone P5 UA team west of Texas Tech... I always thought that Utah needed to leverage that into a more lucrative deal. I wonder how this will affect Utah's next round of negotiations (the current deal is up next year). They should be due for an increase in pay, but how much.
I still feel that Utah missed an opportunity to be the UA flagship school out west.
