This topic is in no was meant to diminish Harding as a candidate for the job. By all accounts he has done very well at his job, is a good recruiter and was instrumental in helping the offense in its midseason resurgence. But if Harding is hired as OC and the team goes through with the hire of the potential LB's coach, there will be only one open coaching position left to hire. However, the team will need to both a qb coach and an offensive line coach. No one on staff is qualified to be a QB coach and to concentrate on the most important position on the field. Further, think coaching up the 15 or so offensive lineman along with being offensive coordinator is to much to ask of one person. Further, I see no one else on the staff qualified to coach the offensive line. So how do we feel both those positions?
