As the offensive line seems to have solidified the starting unit, it got me to thinking what if Hiva did not get injured. The question I asked myself was if Hiva has healthy, would the starting 5 lineman be different from what it is today? Bolles was going to take the LT spot regardless. Isaac and Utalafe were very secure at the two guard spots. Dielman was going to start somewhere regardless. So really, it would have come down to who is the 5th lineman? Hiva or Tevi? If Hiva, then Dielman stays at RT, if Tevi, then Dielman slides to center.
From my perspective, I think Hiva was the 6th or 7th best lineman on this team when healthy. So I don't think things would have ended up any different if Hiva was healthy. Thoughts?
