Hughes Net Sastellite

Need some advice. Just built a "forever" home and moved in. Was going to have Spectrum internet and cable, but they showed up and said "Sorry, no service for you." Granted, that was after two site visits and confirmations that all was good.

Thinking about going with Hughes Net satellite for internet and Dish Network for TV. Since I have zero cable options, not sure I have a choice....
