I don't care what program you are that is unacceptable. People on this board keep acting like it's no big deal. But when Utah (a program that has a bad perception already from out of state kids) fails to sign a single top 10 recruit in its home state; that is a BIG concern. Flame away, but it is obvious that until Utah can start getting top in state recruits to stay here (ps they are going to rivals in conference) they will not be able to make that next jump that we all want.
I will forever cheer for the Utes, but honestly I think Utah basketball has far more potential than what I see from the Football side.
As a side not I'm not blaming coaches and honestly being around 8-4 every year is actually quite good for this program and I am very pleased with the on field results. We show much better with far less on a consistent basis. I just think people need a reality check that this program has and will continue to be at its plateau as long as we continue to be the brides maid in state
