how in the world Utah ends up in the Las Vegas bowl finishing as highly as they did in the conference? How does the PAC and Larry Scott allow this to happen and not worry about teams and fan bases being upset? Are bowls not rewarded based on your season? What is the reward of having s good season if schools can "pass you" whenever bowls feel like it. If I was Hill and Whittingham, I would be raising a shit fit with Larry Scott saying this is a complete slap in the face for us. Do bowls not have to take teams based on their positions in the conference? Are we not higher than ucla?
