I’m aware of potentially 1-2 surprises on Signing Day. I’ve been asked not to give hints, so the NLI can just get signed. Other than that, expect 12-15 signees. Also remember that Utah’s biggest impacts should come from the transfer portal. I’ve been told that there’s enough interest right now for quality players that more scholarships would be nice. Therefore, it should be another December date with minimal to no surprises, but the fireworks could hit when the transfers start coming in. I’ve been told by numerous people around the program that the belief is this year’s portal could end up being more rewarding overall to Utah than even last season—that’s a scary good thought.
