I'll go with the smallest groups, aka Top 3, at the top and the largest groups at the bottom. Within the groups I'll rank them by Rivals Rating. If we see a new Top X list that includes Utah, please let me know and I'll update. I will include recruits who are committed to other programs, if they release a Top X list after committing, but not if they release their list first, and then commit.
