...was tempered and poised in his 3rd game. Passes were on target. These three games were good for him and it now looks like we have a running game, with three strong RBs, unlike last year. Impressed with all three any one of which could start. We have not been able to say that for some time, now, and they are all young. OL Barton and Bolles played an outstanding game. Their blocks were crisp, powerful and finished like a pro. Patrick is now the go to receiver. But for a few bad moments with fumbles, a missed assignment or two and an interception in the end zone, game was well played and the score could have been in the 50s.
If USC starts Browne, he will have to duck and cover all game long. Their OL is their weak link. We have a great chance to take the South and play Stanford or Washington in the Championship Game if we play like we did tonight. Very proud of the guys...they played Utah football.
