I understand the need for due diligence and vetting people but this seems like a time when Whit might want to move a little quicker then his usual. If he's just going to promote from within then just do it already. Urban is preparing for a National Championship Game but somehow found time to hire his new OC for next season hiring former Nebraska OC Tim Peck now Peck can go out and recruit for Ohio State meanwhile Whit acts like he's bound and determined to prove he can go it alone.
