While not sexy, this has a little bit of a Coach K type hire feel....

At least on the D. Pease is an old school, good-hearted coach who knows his business. Players like and respect him. He will be a very good DC. And the players will play their hearts out for him.

The O hires aren't sexy either, but I always think a good O starts from the line out and Harding did a great job last year.

The question this year will be QB play, as it was last year. Christensen didn't solve it. Maybe Arod can. At the very least we will have a good line and Booker to soften up the defense.

In most businesses, alignment of direction among key management is key for success. We didn't have it last year. Lots of drama. I think this staff is going to get along. We'll have to see if that pays dividends in football like it does in business.
