This is a 100% honest question. We will somewhat know the answer to this question by the end of the year but we won't necessarily know what's behind the answer. There are 8 games left. How does the team react to Aaron Lowe's murder. I'm sure that there are many different mindsets and feelings right now and just as many different ways to cope with this tragedy. I'm sure that each player wants to honor Aaron and many of them may feel like the best way to do that is to dedicate the rest of this season to both him and Ty. That's noble and I THINK I would do that but I'm not sure. Thankfully I've never been in such a horrible situation. I'm sure I would be overcome with sadness if one of my best friends died. I have no idea how long it would take me to recover. Some people dive headfirst into their work or a hobby, or whatever to try to distract from the emotional pain.

I support the players, coaches and the rest of the Utah Football family with whatever happens. I just hope they can all come out the other side of this sooner rather than later for their sakes and that of their families'. I can't imagine losing one family member in a year but to lose a 2nd while still recovering from the first would just be exponentially hard to deal with. If they choose to go out and fight like hell to honor Ty and Aaron, good for them. I hope they have success. If they do that and come up short, so be it. I can't blame them for being distracted. It's almost too bad that this can't be a covid year where the season get's cancelled so that they can get their minds right. Then again, maybe the distraction of preparing for a game on Saturday and then going out playing is what they need. I really don't know.
