I caught up with George Wilson this evening, and he said he really liked his official to Utah. He was hosted by Jason Thompson on the trip, and one of the biggest things that stood out to him was the sense of brotherhood that the players on the team had. That's something extremely important to him, and Utah left about as positive an impression as possible in that regard.

He had a chance to spend a lot of time with Coaches Roderick and Stubblefield as well, and had nothing but positive things to say about both.

Wilson still considers himself a soft commit, and doesn't plan on making a final decision until he sits down with his mom after his visits just before signing day. He's visiting Boise State this weekend, but doesn't have anything currently scheduled for the weekend of the 30th. Wazzu is still in hot pursuit as well, and Coach Leach is expected to make an in-home sometime this week. There's an outside chance that UCLA may try to get into the picture, but he's definitely a back burner guy for the Bruins at this point.

It's not a completely done deal, but it definitely looks like Utah's in the drivers seat right now. More to come soon.
