I may be ignorant to a long string of incidents where KW & Co. got burned by local media but I think it's a mistake to have such a low-profile media presence. When Gary Anderson is on Utah radio stations in prime time on NLOI day promoting his school and Utah coaches are not allowed to talk to the media, it only enhances Anderson's profile with local kids and pisses off local Utah fans.
I think it's time to figure out how to have more constructive contact with the media and loosen things up. The current approach seems like KW is pouting about some perceived injustice and is counterproductive to his goals.
P.S. I hope the media jumps all over GA and KS when they cut and run from OSU...but I'm not holding my breath.
