Here are the main points from Troy Taylor's interview
- The fact that Troy Williams was voted a captain doesn't have anything to do with whether or not he will be a starter
- The team is right where Taylor wants them to be, offensively, at this point. The offense is about 95% installed.
- Taylor said in order for the team to be successful, they'll need great QB play.
- Zack Moss is doing a great job as the lead back in protection and picking up the offense. Has also improved his hands.
- There needs to be more separation in the 5th-8th receivers, it's still not clear who they are.
- Taylor hopes to have most of the starters nailed down by Monday, but says there may be a couple of battles that go longer than that.
- Taylor said in his offense there's usually one "boundary" receiver that demands double coverage, and right now Carrington is that guy. He also said that Singleton and Thompson have gotten time at that position.
