Rutgers Fan Passing Through

I'm in SLC to crew and pace for my girlfriend while she runs the Wasatch Front 100 Mile endurance race.
I had to make a pit stop to check out Rice-Eccles, and I was glad I did.

First of all, Utah is beautiful. Secondly, I really enjoyed my brief drive around campus.
I stopped at the stadium hoping to pop inside for a quick pic and be on my way. Everything
As locked down pretty good, but I did finally gain access through some catering area
Near the south/open(?) end zone. Where olympic flame is. Anyway, I was very impressed
With the facility, and the whole setting along the mountain range.

Would love to see a Rutgers v Utah game there in the future world. Scarlet versus Crimson!

Wishing you guys a great year in the Pac12! Maybe we'll see you in the Rose Bowl...
Well, maybe not. I'll be happy to go .500 this year with our new B1G schedule.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Yes RES is a very nice on campus venue. We still have some needs and wish lists but the setting is pretty special. Would love a home and home with Rutgers as part of the B1G.
