Since these concepts really don't address true "expansion" of seats, maybe this won't turn into another expansion topic for 100+ posts.

These are the kind of upgrades that will move RES into the future. Better locker rooms, press area, box seat areas, concourses, concessions, etc. Particularly love the look on the outside of both the West and South sides of the stadium. Very modern, very clean.
This seems more like a list of renovations/upgrades that address "gameday improvements" that may be the way RES is addressed going forward. Of course, without adding actual seats and gate revenue, the net price tag would have to be huge.
