Questions on New Coaches

1. What exactly does Assistant Head Coach mean? It kind of smells like Erickson will oversee offense and Whitt Defense? I have no idea what that title means though.

2. Who will call plays on offense?

3. How old is Pease? Not that it matters but we have 2 coaches now that came out of retirement to coach. What does that mean?
