I spoke with Tucker Scott (former Ute Lance Scott's son) tonight and he had some positive stuff to say about the Utes. First off, Roderick is his main recruiter and the two have a nice relationship. He's also talked a little recently with Coach Whitt and Harding. Scott visited unofficially during the USC game and he got to see Harding's coaching approach, which he came away very impressed with.
It's only a matter of time before he blows up. Washington, Oregon, USC, Nebraska, and Arizona have been all over him lately, to name a few. That being said, he told me he's grown up dreaming of being a Ute and unlike some where that dream might fade a little--when they're in high school and have several offers--Scott still has the same strong feelings towards the Utes.
He plans on committing somewhere in the summer, so he'll be taking plenty of unofficial visits, Utah definitely being one.
