I spoke with Timpview safety Keenan Pili. He's currently a safety, but his projection is as a linebacker. He's a fun player to watch live--real aggressive and fundamentally sound. His family has always rooted for BYU, but he says that won't hold weight. Both Scalley and Ena are recruiting him and he really likes both. He says Scalley is a funny guy and him (Pili) and Ena have had a solid relationship for over the past year. Pili also recently had his one-on-one unofficial to the U and loved it. He was blown away by how advanced the facilities were.
