We caught up with JUCO LB AJ Hotchkins last night. He's an interesting prospect. He actually signed with Wyoming out of high school as a fullback. He got to Laramie and HATED it. He left school before fall camp was finished and transfered to Riverside CC, where they made him a linebacker. He responded by turning in an all American season as a freshman.
He visited Utah unofficially last week, and was impressed by what he saw. The Utes are definitely in the running. Don't expect a decision anytime soon, but he's someone to watch. Arizona, Colorado and Wazzu are the biggest threats at this point.
