Seems off for a guy who was getting so much PT last year...although I know they are bringing in a 5-star corner. I know he was one that Utah was close to landing. He does have a redshirt year so he could sit out a year and still have 2 to play 2. Is there a PAC 12 penalty if he transfers within conference? Utes interested?
