I think all agree we are safely in the NCAA Tournament regardless of what happens the last 2 games or in the PAC-12 Tournament though they will definitely affect our seeding.
1.I'm worried about Utah's scoring droughts but I love their good defense. I'm worried that Poetl is learning next to nothing as far as staying in a game and he's critical to a deep run so this one is kind of the first wild card.
2. The 2nd wild card for me is that we tend to live and die with the 3 point shot.
Finally, the Tournament favors good guard play and I think we have some exceptional guards. So, I think we win 2 games and make it to the Sweet 16 and then get knocked out in a game where both 1 & 2 occur.
I may be premature with this poll but the board has been pretty slow so why not? We can maybe run the same poll after the PAC-12 Tourney and see if we get a different response.
One Irony: If Poetl has a great PAC-12 and NCAA run, he likely goes to the NBA. If he struggles, maybe he's more likely to stay BUT let's NOT make this into another thread about whether Poetl stays or goes. We've got that thread already unless someone wants to do a separate poll on it.
