Has anyone been keeping informed on the new rules that the P5 conferences will be using and when we can expect them to be implemented?
Specifically, will there be uniformity between conferences or between schools in the conferences? Will PAC-12 scholarships and be different from SEC scholarships or USC be different from Utah? Is this going to launch an arms race that the richest schools will win?
I seem to recall that the P5 could set their own rules regarding recruiting, has anyone heard anything about that?
