I ran a short story with quotes from Noah Togiai. I personally think it's going to take a lot to get him to flip. He doesn't have a really strong relationship with Sitake or Tuiaki (and Coach Baldwin has been his main recruiter at OSU for now), and he's been talking extensively to Morgan Scalley - as well as the Utah bball coaches. I also think his family would prefer for him to play games closer to home. It's going to either be Utah or Oregon State, so we'll know soon enough. As Alex reported earlier this week, he'll be signing an LOI to play football at whatever school he chooses.
