From the sounds of this report, I think so. He has probably informed management of all teams he will be signing with Boston.

I think the Jazz are a better team with Hayward than Boston is without him but the west is so loaded now, I think it tipped things in their favor because they are in the eastern conference.

In that light, I can understand it but the time he has taken with the 3 city dog and pony show of the past 3 days irritates me. If he is indeed going there (I think this report pretty much speaks for itself and I guess he has been a Bostonnkean for some time), he should have made his decision known and informed all parties involved earlier. Now the Jazz will have few options left to pursue as others that could have plugged the gap such as Millsap and Gallinari have signed elsewhere.

I hope I'm wrong and he still picks the Jazz but it sounds unlikely at this point.
