What a stupid rule. Credit Browning and Petersen for taking advantage of it. Why not ground it? If you get away with it, you save a sack and if you're flagged it's in the same spot. There is no penalty yardage. It strains belief to rule that he was actually trying to complete a pass on a couple of those.
