First off, I don’t think the jersey retirement ceremony could have gone any better. It was awesome. Then, right after the two tributes, Utes scores rushing touchdowns touchdowns on the first play after. Wow.

Utah now has a good grip on the Pac-12 South crown. At the same time, this conference is always so damn unpredictable.

With only 65 yards, the Utes held Charbonnet to his second lowest rushing total of the season.

The Utes just missed on some big plays tonight, but Rising made the passing plays when needed.

This Utah rushing attack has become deep and so fun to watch. Rising is dangerous as a dual-threat (6 carries for 63 yards and a TD), TJ Pledger continues to impress (8 carries for 61 yards), and Thomas goes for 24 carries and 160 with four TDs. The TDs tied a school record.

The offensive line delivered arguably their best performance tonight and Maile showed he’s more than capable at center now, so health-willing he needs to stay there.

I loved solution to their punting issues by catching UCLA off-guard with Rising. Peasley didn’t even punt tonight. Rising pinned the Bruins deep on both punts, something I don’t know that Peasley would have done.

Hauati’s safety was a nice momentum stopper, even though the outcome never really seemed in doubt.

Lets hear everyone else’s thoughts…
