The hiring of Pease now makes complete sense. Ena has been the DC at Southern Utah and Weber State. He will need a couple years under Whit to learn the Utah schemes inside and out. I am assuming Pease already knows them since we was with Whit before.
Ena could be a star in the making. Sitake was an offensive player turned defensive coach. If I remember correctly Ena was a dang good linebacker at BYU. It wouldn't surprise me to see Ena blow up like Sitake has over the next couple of years.
