Dan ask if I would post this in it's own subject. So I played college football and I'm white my coach was African American, it didn't bother me at all. It seems to me though that the Poly players like or want a Poly coach. So how important is having a Poly coach on staff to be able to recruit the Poly community. Also explain the different culture that you guys grew up in that is different than other ethnic groups. Thanks.
