For anyone in the know, what are the actual rules of the dead period? I know there is no in person recruiting, but can coaches text or call? And if that isn't allowed, how are things REALLY happening? I have a hard time believing that recruiting doesn't happen in the 11th hour.
Do coaches use other methods? Middle men or agents to speak on their behalf?
