Pure conjecture and I have not sources. Could this be a possiblitiy:

We offered Sitake at $700K +. Well he didn't take it. So we hired Pease and probably got a deal. He probably gets 200K. The other 500 K is partially used to give raises to Harding, A-Rod, and Scalley. We hired Ena, was already budgeted Erickson maybe got a raise. HIre Powell or Fifita (I hope!) and that was budgeted.
So we get the whole package Personnel, Contintuity, and Financially wise.

Well Pease leaves in No less than two years and we hire Scalley or Ena. Well, they won't get $750K but we are still set up nicelyThe O-line doesn't have to learn new blocking schemes for the first time in years. Skill players now keep the same terminology for the most part. And Pease is lifeless and a hell of a teacher.
We have a great bench for promotions in the future. And there's no CANCER on the staff now, we know who that was and I think we could been better and Pease and Erickson know the game and can mentor Kyle. Like - Keeping the pedal on the gas to avoid a WSU from last year!!!!

Feel free to rape my post because Lord knows some of you on here just love to bitch.....Just sayin......

GO UTES!

I better get back to work!!! F
