I have confirmed with a source that College of San Mateo defensive back Jordan Fogal committed to Utah today. (Sorry if I'm a little late to the party on this one, I was driving from Anaheim to San Franciso all day and just got off the road). Fogal is an extremely skilled defensive back prospect that has played FS for CSM, but played a lot of CB in high school. I'll have a full writeup a little later once I get ahold of Jordan for an interview (I've been trying).
