Better or Worse: Scoring

Last year Utah averaged 29.8 ppg. The schedule looks tougher this fall (at least 4 top 25 teams). We are breaking in a bunch of new OL, RB, and WR. Then we have Troy Taylor and his historically productive offenses.

So, the question is does Utah's scoring go up this year or go down?
