Last year Utah allowed 23.9 ppg (27.9 in conference). The schedule looks tougher this fall (at least 4 top 25 teams). We are breaking in a bunch of new CB's and one safety. The new offense could put the defense on the field more often and in quicker succession.
So, the question is does Utah's Scoring Defense go up this year or go down?
