As a counter to the 60 in 60, anyone want to take a shot at the best 22* players in the state? I don't know BYU or USU well enough. Or Weber. Sorry about that Weber (not really).
More specifically, if you're crafting an all-star lineup, who are the best players by position in the state? Use whatever defense you want and whatever offensive personnel. Just have to be the five best OL (regardless of actual position) and have at least two CBs and 2 safeties.
Seems to me that expanding a list to 60 is just a way to get some rough equality in representation from the "big" 3.
